HOMEBOUND

PURPOSE-DRIVEN
ENTERPRISE

Overview

Homebound is a UK-based social enterprise that supports refugees and asylum seekers as they rebuild their lives. Their work creates meaningful impact within communities, yet their digital presence did not fully reflect the scale of their mission or the value of their programmes.

We partnered with Homebound to design a digital presence that better communicates their purpose and strengthens engagement with supporters. The goal was to make their impact visible, their message clearer, and their services easier to access for the people and communities they support.

Understanding people
and their needs

Approach
Social impact organisations often do extraordinary work but struggle to communicate their value clearly online. Our approach focused on understanding the mission behind the organisation and translating complex services into accessible digital experiences.

By prioritising clarity, trust, and engagement, we designed user journeys that help visitors quickly understand the organisation’s work while guiding them towards meaningful ways to support it.

Enabling meaningful
engagement

Solution
The solution focused on creating a clear and engaging digital experience that communicates Homebound’s impact while encouraging meaningful engagement from supporters.

Through structured storytelling, accessible navigation, and a streamlined donation journey, the platform helps visitors understand the organisation’s work and discover ways to get involved.

Amplifying social impact

Impact
The platform helps Homebound communicate its mission more clearly while strengthening engagement with supporters and the wider community. By making information easier to navigate and participation more accessible, the digital experience encourages more people to connect with the organisation’s work.

More importantly, the platform provides a foundation for Homebound to grow its reach and continue supporting refugees and asylum seekers as they rebuild their lives.
